Join us for a weekend of adventure, meditation, and fitness with strong women from all over the country. In this pilot event, we'll explore different types of fitness in the wild. From bodyweight circuit training to mountain runs, we'll build our physical and mental strength, by challenging our bodies and minds. Connect with other women, the outdoors, and your inner cavewoman.

Camp is the full program from Friday until Sunday, sleeping in the Redwoods with our amazing canvas tents.
Join us on Saturday at the beach for kayaking, a group run, and HIIT training on the beach. Vegan lunch and snacks will be provided.
